Blairs 31 homes (at time of posting)
I see the Blairs Foundations are flourishing.

“Reports of my wealth have been greatly exaggerated,” he said. “For the record, I read that I’m supposed to be worth £100 million. Cherie’s asking me where it is,” he added, to laughter.

Tony Blair has insisted he is not motivated by money.

Yes of course they have social value, but you can't directly blame any political party for their closure. It's a trend that has been happening since the end of WW2. And they aren't suitable cases for subsidy.

I'm sure that you can work out the community value of a local cinema and popular pub in the high street/town centre...

Yes, they are commercial enterprises but also offer social value...even better if they are independent...but it's a rare thing these days...

That said my house has trebled in value so Blair's not 100% cunt.

Re: Blairs 31 homes (at time of posting)
Surely not their fault? Must be the fault of the cunts who book them? Their fault was the shit decisions they made while in power.

Re: Blairs 31 homes (at time of posting)
I'd vote Tory everyday of the week over any of the other cunts. They are the best of a terrible bunch.

Blairs money making since leaving power with his UN roles and after dinner speeches etc is fucking diabolical. Making money from shit decisions that cost loads of lives is just plain shit.

i saw Colin Powell the yank bloke speak last week (free ticket - would never pay) and the shit he comes out with is unreal so god knows what blairs stuff is like. all questions at end were vetted too. i bet he got a few hundred grand minimum for that

I can't stand the bloke, but the fact that he has 31 homes is irrelevant to his slimey input to humanity.

'community facilities like cinemas,pubs'

Since when did cinemas and pubs become 'community facilities' and not commercial enterprises?

'Why is it that you Tories on here know only one form of defence, attack Labour?

See if you can answer that without mentioning anything Labour...... '

Gaunt makes my point entirely. Massive hypocrisy. Don't do as I do, do as I say.

I would never vote Tory but I'm done with the whole neo-liberal consensus and will never vote Labour, Liberal again. Ukip are twats they will last for about as long as a fart in a bathtub...they also buy in to the same as all of the above.

Don't mention Harriet Herman Munster to me.

She's my local M.P alongside her pal Tessa Jowell.

They go on about social justice but have overseen the closure of community facilities like cinemas, pubs, lidos, schools etc

Now they pretend they are saviours when we get the odd facility once in a blue moon to replace what was lost!

Why is it that you Tories on here know only one form of defence, attack Labour?

Do you feel no guilt at all for supporting a party that has been sleaze ridden for years and then tries to cover up its kiddie fiddling past by appointing friends of the accused? See if you can answer that without mentioning anything Labour......

Re: Blairs 31 homes (at time of posting)
In his time as Middle East peace envoy,Blair has visited Gaza twice, five years ago,and Israel 119 times.

He's still trying to block the e mails and phone calls to Bush junior, all evidence needed for the true story of the invasion of Iraq.

Hang on! According to the Labour Party in Rotherham and in Heywood & Middleton it is obscene to bring up kiddy fiddling in a party-political context.

Surely you would be wanting different standards...
